Everyday Rewards Club — Terms & Conditions

Participating venues (current): Olde Tudor Hotel (Prospect) and Foreshore Hotel (Lauderdale). Bayside Hotel is not a participating venue.

1. Membership
1.1 You can apply online via participating venue websites (e.g. oldetudor.com.au, foreshorehotel.com.au) or in-venue. Membership is available to individuals aged 18+; proof of age may be required.
1.2 By joining or using the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (as amended from time to time).
1.3 Please advise us promptly if your details change, or if your card is lost or stolen. Replacement cards may attract a fee and are available from participating venues.
1.4 Points will not accrue until you are a member. You can check your balance in venue or online. Disputes should be emailed to everydayrewardsclub@pghgroup.com.au.
1.5 We may suspend or cancel your membership if you breach these Terms, misuse benefits, provide misleading information, or your account is inactive for 12 months.
1.6 You may cancel at any time by emailing everydayrewardsclub@pghgroup.com.au. Unused benefits/points may be forfeited after cancellation.
1.7 Membership cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable, and remain our property.
1.8 Any tax or duty arising from participation is your responsibility.
2. Earning & redeeming
2.1 Points/benefits accrue on eligible purchases at participating venues only. In-house promotions or excluded items may not qualify.
2.2 We set (and may vary) what is eligible and the earn/redemption rates.
2.3 Present your card or identify yourself before finalising the transaction. If you don’t, points may not be credited.
2.4 Points/benefits are not cash, not legal tender, and cannot be sold or transferred (except as we allow).
2.5 Minimum spend, caps or surcharges may apply to some transactions.
2.6 Promotional sign-up or bonus offers (if any) are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
3. Adjustments & expiry
3.1 We may correct your balance for errors, reversals or refunds.
3.2 Unredeemed points/benefits may expire after a period of account inactivity (e.g., 12 months) or as otherwise notified.
4. Changes, suspension & liability
4.1 We may change these Terms (and earn/redemption rules) at any time. Where practical, we’ll provide notice in venue and/or online. Continuing to use the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
4.2 We may change which goods/services qualify, and associated rates, without prior notice.
4.3 We may suspend or end the program at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising in connection with the program, except were caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Privacy
5.1 We collect and use your personal information to operate the program, including administering points and providing member offers and communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 We may share program data with service providers (e.g., program platform/IT suppliers) for administration, analytics, marketing (where permitted) and support.
5.3 You can access or update your details, or opt out of marketing, by contacting everydayrewardsclub@pghgroup.com.au.
